RURUIHE 6032HT is high-temperature resistant HTV solid silicone rubber specially developed for high heat working environment molded parts. It comes in off-white raw material with balanced mechanical performance, stable physical properties under continuous high temperature of 300℃. This grade is widely applied to produce heat-resistant sealing rings, thermal insulation pads, high-temperature wire sleeves and industrial heat-proof silicone components. It meets RoHS & REACH environmental standards, with stable elasticity and no cracking under long-term high temperature exposure.

Q1: What is the maximum working temperature of 6032HT silicone rubber?

This heat-resistant grade can work stably at 300℃ for a long time, and can withstand short-term instantaneous high temperature above 350℃. It is not recommended to stay above 320℃ for continuous operation to avoid accelerated aging.

Q2: What products is this silicone suitable for?

It is only applicable for compression molding process, used for making high-temperature sealing gaskets, oven insulation parts, heating equipment silicone pads, high temp wire insulation sleeves and auto heat shielding silicone molded parts. It cannot be used for continuous extrusion production.

Q3:Can I choose different hardness of heat-resistant silicone?

Secondary post-curing is mandatory for heat-resistant silicone. It removes internal small volatile molecules, further improves high temperature resistance and anti-aging performance, and prevents finished parts from embrittlement under long-term heat.

Q4: Can we customize hardness and color of this extrusion silicone?

Three fixed hardness options are available: 5032HT(50A), 6032HT(60A), 7032HT(70A). We can adjust color into off-white, black, red and other solid colors according to customer requirements.
