food grade mold making silicone rubber,
food safe silicone rubber
With LFGB Food Grade Liquid Silicone Rubber For Making Molds On Kitchen Use
LSR RH6250-18 A/B is food grade liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes. At higher temperatures the safety operation time shortened.
LSR RH6250-18 liquid silicone rubber is platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.
Food grade silicone rubber offers the strength and stress resistance required to manufacture baking trays, bottle dispensers, and other products for the kitchen and throughout the home.
Key Features and Benefits
Vulcanisates consisting of RH6250-18 are distinguished by the following properties:
|Shore A hardness||A||18±2|
|Tensile strength||Mpa||≥ 4.5|
|Tear strength||KN/m||≥ 15|
|Linear shrinkage rate||%||≤ 0.1|
These figures are for reference only, please contact us for details.
Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
The mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Because of the outstanding properties, RH6250-18 A / B Lquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: baking molds and trays, ice trays, casting butter, chocolate, fondant, baby products, and kitchen utensils, etc.
Rui-He RH6250-18 A / B Liquid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: Rohs, FDA, MSDS, LFGB,ISO 9001:2016,...ETC.

Knowledge on Silicone
What is silicone?
Silicone is a synthetic polymer, derived from silicon metal. The nature of its origin gives it a number of significant advantages over conventional rubber polymers. Silicone is available in the form of rubbers, greases, and fluids.
Does the outside environment affect silicone?
No. Silicone is not affected by extremes of weather – hot, cold, dry, wet, or humid. It also has excellent resistance to UV and ozone degradation.
