Product Description

Food grade liquid silicone rubber material - Mid-temperature cured China manufactured product ideal for baby nipples and other food-contact applications.

Model: LIM 6250-50-2 - A platinum catalyzed two-component liquid silicone rubber with excellent transparency, low linear shrinkage, long shelf life at room temperature, and short curing time. Safe for humans and environmentally friendly.

Vulcanization Conditions

120-160°C mid-temperature curing. Actual curing time may vary depending on mold thickness and size.

Instructions for Use

Mix 6250-50-2 A and 6250-50-2 B components at 1:1 mass ratio thoroughly
Static de-foaming or vacuum de-foaming
Add compound to the mold
Form by vulcanization process
