RUIHE LSR 6250 is a standard two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
Because of its excellent processing properties it can be considered for use in a wide range of applications.
RUIHE HTV the hardness range of this series is 20-80 Shore A, with good flexibility, high transparency and
physical properties, easy processing, easy demolding and other characteristics.

This silicone rubber is packaged in A:B composition at 20 kg/barrel or 200 kg/barrel.
The storage conditions are unmixed two-component sealed and stored at room temperature.
It is important to note that this product should not be exposed to compounds containing N, P, and S, so as not to poison the platinum catalyst and affect the effect.

Mixing ratio of components A : B = 1 : 1.
Vulcanization: 5 min. 175°C + 4 hrs 200ºC post-cure

Precautions:
-Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12months from the day of manufacture.
-Contacting compounds containing N. P, S. Sn, and Pb during storage and use may cause poisoning of the platinum catalyst and affect vulcanization.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mould making?
--After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.
5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is:
1, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.
2, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use.
3, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.
6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
