Description
RUI-HE 6250-40T® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisted of part A and part B. It can be used to produce electronics keys supplies with a high rebound and good resistance to yellow. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

Operation instruction
Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size.
The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.

Applications
Because of the outstanding properties, LSR 6250-40T® liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for scuba mask, diving products.
Liquid silicone rubbers are pumpable two-part compounds that are delivered ready to use.
They are vulcanized by addition curing.
Component A contains catalyst and component B functional polysiloxane as a curing agent.
Compared to peroxide curing, liquid silicone rubbers do not release any curing by-products.

Packaging & Storage
Available in 20kg pails or 200kg drums.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
