Two-Component Food Grade Liquid Silicone Rubber RH6250-40YH For Injection Produce To Medical
Rui-He RH6250-40YH A/B is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
RH6250-40YH can be used to produce medical technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber-elastic properties. All LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.
Key Features and Benefits
Vulcanisates consisting of RH6250-40YH LSR is distinguished by the following properties:
|Shore A hardness||A||40±2|
|Tensile strength||Mpa||≥ 5.5|
|Tear strength||KN/m||≥ 14|
|Linear shrinkage rate||%||≤ 0.5|
These figures are for reference only, please contact us for details.
Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
The mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Vulcanisation: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure
Because of the outstanding properties, RH6250-40YH Lquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: medical sacculus, negative pressure ball, catheter connector, sealing elements, diaphragms, ear plugs, bellows, baby teats, respiratory devices, air vent flaps, tube connectors, catheters, etc.
Rui-He RH6250-40YH Liquid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, MSDS,LFGB, ETC.

We are advantage
Q: Can I paint on silicone?
A: Products made silicone are very difficult to paint. Special surface treatments can help but in general silicones resist paint application.
Q: Can silicone be used in cleanroom environments?
A: Silicone is suitable for use in most clean room environments. The polymer itself does not support microbiological growth.
Q:Is silicone safe for applications involving rapid decompression?
A: Silicone is very permeable to most gases and as such would not be ideal for use in applications involving rapid decompression.
